Irish Companies Returns: Apparel and Glassware

If you are not satisfied with your apparel or glassware purchase, you can make a return and refund request here. Please tell us your reason, and we will determine within one business day if your return request has been approved.

If your return is approved, we will issue you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—please write the RMA number on your shipping materials and send your merchandise back to us for a full refund*. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Any refunds will be processed within three business days. In order to qualify for a refund, returns must be made within 14 days of your original order. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

*All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
